I wouldn't be a true stylist if I didn't give Anna options. So for a second possible look, I opted for an all black dress from the Spring 2010 Badgley Mischka RTW Collection. Again, this look will really accentuate her shoulders which is why I chose it.

Finally, I thought, to add a little color to this look and kind of make a statement we could do a very dramatic Harry Winston five tone Emerald ring and keep the diamond stud Harry Winston earrings above but lose the bracelet. This ring will be dramatic enough on it's own, I think a bracelet would be too much.

Anna Kendrick is about to be a superstar! Her performance in Up In The Air has already garnered heavy Oscar buzz so it is only fitting that for the premiere of her best work, she be styled like the A-Lister she is.

I chose this Armani Privé strapless dress from the Fall 2009 Couture Collection to start out with. Anna has great shoulders so I thought I would pick something to accentuate that feature.

Virtual Stylist- Anna Kendrick (Style Chasing)

Anna Kendrick is best known for her role in Twilight as Jessica Stanley, Bella's chatty, human school friend. Recently, she co-starred in Up In The Air, out in December with George Clooney. Word is, her performance is riveting and she'll likely be nominated for an Oscar. I will be virtually styling her for the premiere of Up In The Air as well as the 2010 Oscar's.

My preliminary research of her (i.e. what I gathered from her fan website and interviews I could find from her) found that she is not really into dressing up in her everyday life but doesn't really mind doing it for red carpet and other such events. Her most recent red carpet looks included a strapless dress at an Up In The Air event and a black one shoulder number at the Twilight: New Moon premiere.

I think these are both great looks for Anna. She has great shoulders and a great collar bone so I will be looking for pieces to accentuate those features.

I've noticed that she mostly wears her hair off of her face but I'm thinking for her Up In The Air premiere we should switch it up a bit. I would love to see her with a side swept bangs and loose curls. I'm excited to get started.

My ultimate goal in the Fashion Industry is to be a great stylist. I would love to style photo shoots, celebrities, and television shows because I have always had a knack for putting great looks together. My personal style philosophy is to wear what you love and make sure it reflects your personality. I don't care about fashion rules because after all, rules were made to be broken! I have just recently started wearing makeup so I am embarking on a totally new journey of styling and makeup all at the same time. I'm excited to get started.
